Emperors Casino
10 hours ago we were on watching giraffes...now we are at a las Vegas type casino in Johannesburg. Indoor rollercoaster, indoor mall, food courts, etc...as good or maybe better than any Las Vegas casino.
Science lesson
Looking at tracks and identifying animals. It was impressive how the guide could follow the animals movement history
This is the truck we used with a 2000 year old Baobab tree in the background. This is the same toe of tree the 'built' at Disney's Animal Kingdom.
Bush Bok & monkey
Drive
We drove for over an hour where there is no road...we are very impressed with landrovers...we literally drove over trees.
Then will literally drove through water. The truck has a pipe 4 feet above ground so it can get air for the engine. The muffler was under water and sounded like a boat.
Then we drove through sand...:I was surprised we did not get stuck.
Our guide was following lion tracks...he could tell the age of the track by how wind broken it was.
2nd day of game viewing
Game
We wart hogs, impalas. Crockodiles, baboons, antelopes, giraffes right away.
The highlight was to see a leapord...a vert rare occurance.
Seba
We arrived into Seba Botswana in the Okavango Delta...the largest inland delta in the world. It took 3 little airplane rides...about 5 hours in little airplanes is a lot.
Our room is 2 tents with a toy room between them and a swimming pool in front of it. It front of that is a pond with the resident hippo and crockodile.
It is surprisingly comfortable and a little cold in the morning. Also not that many mosquitos considering all the water around us.

Alex quote of the day 'how come we in the middle of nowhere?'
24 hours ago we were in Hong Kong....in the middle of the building jungle.
View from our room...and view at sunset. Surprisingly good temperature in the shade, but the sun really hits you out of it.

Funny story...still in the jetway Rebeca say she needs to go to the bathroom, but we will will have to go upstairs because the closest one is closed for repairs. ... she know the airport well.
